Sushi Dinner/ Light Show Sun, June 26 2011

After our walk around TST we were hungry and needed to kill some time before the Light show on the water front. Our friend Denise recommended we have sushi at Sen Ryo.  Boy oh boy were we happy!  This was hands down the best sushi I have ever eaten.  Here you could order anything you liked from the menu, or simple snag it from the conveyor in front of you.  It would be easy here to just sit and eat for ever! We had a few drinks, and 13 plates of sushi (each plate had 1-4 pieces),  and our bellies were full.  I also think the meal was less than 50 bucks!! Niiiiice.

After dinner we went back to the waterfront to watch the laser light show.  This happens every day at 8:00pm.  It was okay.  Not as big of a deal as it was made out to be. Basically a bunch of buildings flashing lights to some music.  I imagine it was a big deal to create and set up, but ultimately, I would have rather worked on 10 more plates of sushi.  It was still fun and we were happy to see it.  Plus it was nice to see the city scape all lit up in the night sky.
