We made it! Hong kong here we are. LETS EAT! Yep, we got right down to business and nothing says welcome to HK better than a pot of frothy steaming water, a selection of delicious raw items, and a nice cup of tea! There was lettuce, conch, noodles, mushrooms, thinly sliced pork, beef, lamb, Yellow Fin Tuna, whole shrimp, and fish balls!! See em? Those white things on that plate below the hotpot. Let’s just say I (Adam) used lots of dipping sauce!! All joking and fish balls aside, I do love hot pot and it was a wonderful first meal in Hong Kong! A big thank you to Kayiu’s wonderful family!
